1. Contact and scope of the service

Invitations with Love creates personalised invitation websites for private, corporate and cultural events. Contact us on +359 884 58 6464 or at pokanisobich@abv.bg.

2. Orders and formation of the agreement

• The customer chooses a design and package, submits the required information and accepts these terms.
• Each order receives a unique number and is accepted after successful payment and our confirmation.
• If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and refund the amount received.

3. Prices and payment

The price of the chosen package is shown before payment and is charged once. Payments are processed by Stripe. This website neither receives nor stores bank card details.

4. Materials, timing and approval

• The customer provides correct names, date, time, address, wording and materials that they are entitled to use.
• For a ready-made design, the first personalised preview is provided within 24 hours after payment and receipt of all required materials. Timing for a bespoke design is agreed separately according to its complexity.
• The customer receives a private link for materials and status and must not publish it or share it with unauthorised people.
• The number of included revisions and the active period are stated in the purchased package.
• Work outside the chosen package is carried out only after separate agreement on price and timing.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The customer may request a cancellation or order change by email. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Because this is a personalised service, any refund depends on the stage of work already completed. If work has not started, the amount paid is refunded. If work has started at the customer’s request, a proportionate amount for work actually completed may be retained. Every case is reviewed individually and confirmed in writing.

6. Copyright and content

The customer retains rights to the photographs and wording they provide. The design, code and finished templates may not be resold, copied or supplied to third parties without written permission.

7. Invitation availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep each invitation available for the period stated in its package. Short interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure providers or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

8. Problems and disputes

If there is a problem, first email pokanisobich@abv.bg with your order number. We will reply and look for a practical solution. Customers retain the right to use all remedies and competent authorities available under applicable law.
